Indang City
History
Indang is one of the towns of the province Cavite that is now known as the Philippine's coffee capital together with other eight coffee-producing towns. In order to boost up Cavite's industry, Don Robertos Winery came up with another first-of its kind, The first brewed Coffee Wine in the World.
With the combined agricultural wealth and historical tradition of wine making, the possibilities are endless for the Philippines to become a true competitor in the global wine making industry.

Kalamay Indang
Kalamay Indang is also known as Kalamay Buna, which has been designated as the one-town-one-product by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) office in Cavite has a history of more than one century.
Kalamay Indang is a traditional kakanin is described as sweet and chewy that is made of glutinous rice, coconut milk and brown sugar, and sprinkled with young coconut meat or ripe jackfruit strips.
Culture
Irok Festival
Irok Festival is held during November 30 to December 2 in Indang, Cavite. It is celebrated during the celebration of Indang Day. There are float parade, street dancing, sport activities, lantern contest made out of irok leaves and grand parade is held in the town.
Tourist Spot
St. Gregory the Great Church
This church has its remarkable old rose-colored trompe oil paintings on its ceiling, its 18th century architecture and the very ancient convento with its wide windows and wrought iron work along sides. The church's patron saint is St. Gregory the Great and it sits on a well-defined and well-kept plaza at the end of the town.
Indang Town Plaza
Indang Town Plaza, at the shed are natives of barrio Buna Lejos selling special delicacy (kalamay buna - made from glutinous powderized rice called malagkit mixed with cocnut milk and panutsa - a molded mascubado sugar).
